Raghuvaran would have been happy if he was alive today - Actress Rohini's emotional post

Legendary actor Raghuvaran passed away on this same day in 2008 and on his 15th death anniversary, his wife actress Rohini has posted a touching note on her social media page.

Actor Raghuvaran made his debut as in Tamil cinema in the year 1982 with the film 'Ezhavathu Manithan' in which he played the lead role opposite Sumalatha. After that he acted as a hero in a few films and then switched on to villain and character roles in many films. He has shared screen space with most of the top heroes of his time including Sivaji Ganesan, Rajinikanth, Vijayakanth, Sathyaraj, Prabhu, Karthik, Ajith, Vijay, Simbu and Dhanush among others. He has also worked with Mammootty, Mohan Lal, Dilipkumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Vishnuvardhan, Chiranjeevi and Nargarjuna in other language films as well.

Raghuvaran was married to actress Rohini from 1996 but later separated and divorced in 2004. They have a son Sai Rishivaran born in 2000. In this situation, Raghuvaran passed away on March 19, 2008 due to ill health.

Rohini shared a pic with Raghuvaran and wrote "March 19th 2008 started as a normal day but changed everything for me and Rishi. Raghu would have loved this phase of cinema so much and he’d have been happier as an actor too". Fans are commenting in agreement to her very appropriate statement and are expressing that they too miss the legendary actor who would have lit up the screens in modern films as well.
