The Lok Sabha elections are going on in full swing in Tamil Nadu today. The polls will take place in different parts of the country till next month. We have been seeing that actors and celebrities have been casting their votes along with the public since morning.
Now, the startling news is that actor Soori missed out on his vote due to some issues. He shared a video on his social media page in which he explained the incident. He says that he has been voting regularly but this time, his name is left out from the voters list but his wife registered her vote. Soori urged the fans to vote and assured them that he would vote for sure in the next election.
This video is going viral on the internet. Citizens should check whether their name is on the voter's list beforehand during the time of elections through the National Voter Services Portalâs (NVSP) Electoral Search page. People can cast their vote even without voter ID using an Aadhar Card or other identification card if their name is on the voter list.
