Actor Vinayakan Injured in Accident on ‘Aadu 3’ Sets: Advised 6 Weeks Complete Rest!

Popular Malayalam actor Vinayakan sustained severe injuries in an accident during the shooting of ‘Aadu 3’. The incident occurred while filming a jeep sequence, resulting in significant damage to his neck and shoulder muscles. He was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Kochi for treatment and was later discharged.
Speaking to the media upon leaving the hospital, Vinayakan revealed, “A nerve in my neck was affected. If it hadn’t been detected two days earlier, I could have lost mobility and become paralyzed.” An MRI scan confirmed muscle and nerve damage, and doctors have advised him to take complete rest for six weeks.
Directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, ‘Aadu 3’ is the third installment in the franchise, with Jayasurya reprising his role as Shaji Pappan. Vinayakan, Vijay Babu, and Saiju Kurup play key roles alongside him. The film is expected to release in March next year.
Vinayakan, who terrified audiences as the villain Varman in Rajinikanth’s blockbuster ‘Jailer’, has also completed shooting for its sequel, ‘Jailer 2’. Fans are eagerly anticipating how his character, who died in the climax of the first part, will make a comeback. This accident has shocked his fans and the film industry alike.
