Popular actor receives notice for strange birthday celebration!

In recent times, it has become common for weird birthday celebrations, where popular personalities, actors and celebrities celebrate birthdays by cutting cake using a sword, only to be later caught in trouble. Now a popular Kannada actor is facing legal issues for a similar act.
Few days back, popular Kannada action hero Duniya Vijay celebrated his birthday, and during the midnight birthday celebrations, he cut the cake using a sword in his home in Hosakerehalli. The video of Vijay using a sword to cut cake had turned viral and this has now reached the police.
As instructed by DCP South Rohini Sepat Katoch, the Girinagar police have issued a notice to Duniya Vijay to give an explanation for using the sword, as it is illegal to use a weapon above five inches diameter, as per arms act. If the actor fails to appear and give explanation within three days, he will be arrested.
