Alya Manasa became a household name after playing the lead role of a maid turned lady of the house in the serial 'Raja Rani' telecast on Vijay TV from 2017 to 2019. She also fell in love with Sanjeev her pair in the serial and the couple got married last year and their daughter Aila Sayed was born in March this year.

Alya Manasa is returning to the small screen in 'Raja Rani 2' but this time she is playing a maverick cop Sandhya. The promos show that she has completely transformed from the meek character in the first part to a tough cop with both body language and dialogue delivery.
