Actress Amala is still the same, says Manju Warrier

Manju Warrier took to Facebook to express her happiness of teaming with Amala for the film C/O Saira Banu. The film has in the lead Manju Warrier and Amala and the latter is coming back after a long hiatus to Malayalam movies. Mannju Warrier said, "Yesterday I met Amala Madam. Time has not touched her. Years back she fascinated me as Sooryaputhri".
The actress also wrote that Amala's demeanor was so friendly and not of a stranger, it was like being friends for years. Manju Warrier is having a slew of films in Malayalam after her comeback. Her last outing was Karinkunnam 6's which didn't do that well at the box office. There were reports that actress is foraying into Kollywood and has signed two films there.
Amala became the favorite of Malayalees with her acting in Fazil's Ente Suryaputhri' and Kamal's Ulladakkam'. At the peak of her career she got married to Telugu Actor Nagarjunna and bid farewell to her career. After that she was only concentrating in philanthropic activities and this is touted as her comeback film.
