Actress Amala Paul became famous after starring in the title role in Pabhu Solomon's critically acclaimed super hit film 'Mynaa' released in 2010. She then starred opposite top heroes Thalapathy Vijay in 'Thalaivaa', 'Chiyaan Vikram in 'Deiva Thirumagal', Suriya in 'Pasanga 2', Jayam Ravi in 'Nimirndhu Nil', Arya in 'Vettai' and Dhanush in 'Velailla Pattadhari'.

A few days earlier it was reported that Amala Paul got engaged to her current boyfriend Jagat Desai a Mumbai based entreprenuer. Today the happy groom shared pics and the good news that they have tied the knot in a private ceremony in Kochi. “Two souls, one destiny, walking hand-in-hand with my divine feminine, for the rest of this lifetime. #married #twinflame” is what Desai captioned his wedding pic.

This is the second marriage for Amala Paul who fell in love with director A.L. Vijay during the making of 'Deiva Thirumagal' and tied the knot in 2014. However the couple divorced by mutual consent in 2017.
