Vadivelu's famous Vamma Minnal actress Deepa gets married

One of Vadivelu's iconic comedy sequence was the one in 'Maayi' in which he would go looking for a prospective bride. In the scene when the father of the girl asks her to greet the groom and his friend the girl called Minnal will appear and disappear as fast as lightening making Vadivelu faint in the end.
Actress Deepa who played the memorable Minnal character in 'Maayi' and is now a busy television and film actress got married to Subramani on August 24th with close friends and family only in attendance due to the lockdown rules.
This is the second marriage for Deepa who already fell in love with one Ramesh and married him in 2013 but divorced due to irreconcilable differences.
