Heroine for Jayalalithaa's biopic revealed?

We had already reported that director Vijay will be wielding the megaphone for a biopic on former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. It was also revealed that the film will be funded by Vibri Media who were the bankrollers of two other popular biopics namely ‘83’ surrounding Kapil Dev and ‘NTR’which is a biopic of former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
Now the hottest buzz in the tinseltown is that famous Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is going to essay the lead role for the movie. Wouldn’t that be amazing to see the seasoned actress portray a strong personality such as Jayalalithaa! However, an official confirmation on this is being awaited.
Reportedly, the film will be launched next year February 24, on the ocassion of Jayalalithaa’s birthday.
