Child artiste turned popular comedy actress Harathi also participated in 'Bigg Boss' season one hosted by Kamal Haasan. She is married to her long time lover and fellow comedy actor Ganeshkar for the past several years.

It has been reported that on Saturday night Ganeshkar was driving his car in the Pattinampakkam Loop road area when he lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the road divider. A two wheeler rider who was behind him also crashed into his car and was injured.

When a crowd gathered in the area, Ganeshkar is said to have left his car behind and went into hiding. When the police enquired Harathy she had informed them that he is missing and could not be reached. The cops have done a combing operation in all the city hospitals but could not find the 'Aranmanai' and 'Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya' actor. A case has been registered and it is said that the cops will take severe action against Ganeshkar.
