Veteran Bollywood actress Kajol is quite popular with the younger generation of Tamil fans as well. She recently starred alongside Dhanush and Amala Paul in 'VIP 2' directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth released in the year 2017. Prior to that many years back she has appeared in 'Minsara Kanavu' directed by Rajiv Menon that had Arvind Swamy and Prabhu Deva as the male leads.

Kajol is in the news now for her bold roles in new web series 'Lust Stories 2' and 'The Trial'. In the former she played a prostitute turned housewife abused by her husband that contained intimate bedroom scenes as well. Similarly in the latter she performed a lip lock with her costar, Pakistani actor Alyy Khan. The 'Baazigar' girl had maintained a strict no kiss or intimacy with costars for the past three decades but has broken that in her second innings.

Unaware that 'The Trial' was actually produced by Kajol's husband actor Ajay Devgn fans started trolling her that she is unecessarily doing lip locks and bedroom scenes at the age of 48. Some reports further claimed that the talented actress is taking revenge on her husband Ajay who recently had sensational kissing scenes with actresses Tabu, Rakul Preet Singh and Erika Kaar in various movies.

However Alyy Khan who performed the famous lip lock with Kajol in an interview stated that he had a crush on the actress for a long time and couldnt believe his luck when he go the chance to act in 'The Trial'. He further added that they both were very professional and discussed the scene and rehearsed many times before going for the shot. He also let out that Ajay Devgn the producer was not on sets when the scene was canned.
