Shocking! Nandita Swetha reveals suffering from debilitating disease like Samantha

Popular actress Nandita Swetha of 'Attakathi' fame has revealed that she is suffering from a debilitating disease. It is well known that another leading South actress Samantha made it public last year that she is battling myositis and has even taken a long break from acting to undergo treatment in the US and other foreign countries.

Nandita who hails from Karnataka and started her career as a VJ and made her acting debut in the Kannada film 'Nanda Loves Nandita' released in 2008. However her big break came in 2012 when the current leading Tamil director Pa. Ranjith chose her as the leading lady for his debut movie 'Attakathi' which has become a cult classic.

Nandita after the tremendous success of 'Attakathi' starred in several blockbuster hit films including Vijay Sethupathi's 'Idharku Thaaney Aasaipattai Balakumara', Sivakarthikeyan's 'Ethirneechal', Vishnu Vishal's 'Mundasupatti' and Thalapathy Vijay's 'Puli'. She is now pretty busy in the Telugu industry and her latest film 'Hidimbha' is getting ready for release on July 20th.

During the promotions of 'Hidimbha', Nandita Swetha revealed that she has been suffering from fibromyalgia, a muscle disorder that affects around 2 percent of the population of women aged between 20 to 55 years. The 33 year old actress said that symptoms include body weight fluctuation and even a small physical work will cause problems in the muscles.

Nandita added that sometimes the effects of fibromyalgia will be so much that it would become difficult for her to move her body, and this will cause fatigue and memory impairment. However the determined girl from Bengaluru said that despite all this, she lost weight for her role in 'Hidimbha'. Post the interview fans have shared on social media that they are praying for her speedy recovery.
