Chiyaan Vikram has an interesting lineup of upcoming films which are under various stages of production that include 'Cobra' directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu and Mani Ratnam's mega mutlistarrer 'Ponniyin Selvan'. Today his next 'Chiyaan 60' has gone on floors with a major change in the crew.

'Chiyaan 60' directed by Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Lalit Kumar was announced with Anirudh as the music director but today he has been replaced by Santhosh Narayanan. The film brings together Vikram and his son Dhruv Vikram as the leads. Vani Bhojan is on board as one of the female leads.

Now its also reported that Simran the hot heroine of the 90s and 2000s has joined the cast of 'Chiyaan 60' and will be playing Vikram's pair. The duo who admire each other have already shared screenspace in 'Pitha Magan' and 'Dhruva Natchathiram' but in both the movies their characters have no romantic connection.
