Late heroine's Chennai property to be auctioned

Popular yesteryear heroine and character artiste Srividya passed away in October 2006 at the age of 53.  Twelve years after her passing away the Kerala income tax department has decided to auction her Chennai Abhiramapuram apartment to recover dues which will be held on March 26th.

Srividya has acted as heroine of most of the celebrated heroes of Kollywood including Sivaji Ganesan, Jai Shankar, Sivakumar, Muthuraman, Rajini, Kamal, Vijayakanth and Sathyaraj.  It is learnt that as per her will, after paying off the IT dues the rest of the money will go to two charity organizations Gandhi Bhavan and Snehabhavan which take care of destitutes and mentally challenged persons.
