'Adhurs' releases amidst tight security

  • IndiaGlitz, [Wednesday,January 13 2010]

NTR's Adhurs has released this morning, amidst tight security near some theatres in the Telangana region. The screening of the film was stalled at a theatre in Warangal. There was uncertainty about the release of the film till yesterday evening, because there was no assurance that it was not going to be stalled. It finally released, but only amidst security near some theatres.

For example, a small battalion was posted near a high profile theatre in Hyderabad, which had the chances of attracting attention because some tv channels arrived there even in the morning to catch the Adhurs mania. This made it visible and vulnerable.

Though everybody thought there were no hurdles in the way of Adurs' release, it seems that it is getting problems somewhere or the other. However, the good news is that, it is very minimum and almost negligible as of now.

Fears that its problems will be aggravated in the region seem highly unlikely. The makers have not to come out with an appeal to separate entertainment and politics so far, which they may do so any time.
