Adipurush is surely going to hit the screens on June 16, 2023. The same was today confirmed by the producers of the Prabhas film.

The release date was confirmed amidst rumours that the epic 3D movie won't make it to the scheduled date.

When the release was postponed in last November, director Om Raut said, “In order to give a complete visual experience to the viewers, we need to give more time to the teams working on the film. We are committed to make a film that India will be proud of."

Cinematographer Karthik Palani said in his latest interview that almost the entire film is a blue-screen outing. Currently, VFX has been reworked to meet the augmented expectations of the audience.

The film, co-starring Kriti Sanon, has Prabhas in the titular role. Saif Ali Khan plays Ravana.

Recently, Prabhas tried to scoff at the gossip that he is in love with Kriti Sanon.
