Adivi Sesh of 'Kshanam', 'Goodachari' and 'Evaru' fame is currently doing a film titled 'Major'. Inspired by the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, a 26/11 martyr, the film is helmed by Sashikiran Tikka of 'Evaru' fame. The news is that the drama will hit the screens on July 2.

"The power of courage. My DREAM Project. #MajorTheFilm reporting for duty. 2 July, 2021. THEATERS WORLDWIDE (sic)," Sesh tweeted, making the crucial date public.

Superstar Mahesh Babu has collaborated with Sony Pictures and A+S Movies for the project.

Featuring also 'Goodachari' fame Sobhita Dhulipala, versatile actor Prakash Raj, yesteryear actress Revathi and 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' actor Murali Sharma, 'Ghani' actress Saiee Manjrekar and others, this one has cinematography and music by Vamsi Patchipulusu and Sricharan Pakala, respectively.
