Adivi Sesh shares new poster and release date for Sandeep Unnikrishnan biopic, Major

Actor Adivi Sesh reviews yesterday that an important announcement regarding his next film 'Major' is underway. Today he took to Instagram to share the new poster and release date of the film. It is going to release on 2nd of July 2021. Sesh wrote, "The power of courage. My dream project #MajorTheFilm reporting for duty 2 July, 2021 theatres worldwide."

'Major' is the biopic of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, a brave NSG commando who saved several hostages during the Mumbai terror attack. Major Sandeep sacrificed his own life while covering for his team and engaging three assailants. He was awarded with Ashok Chakra, India highest gallantry award in peacetime.

While Adivi Sesh plays the titular character, the supporting cast includes Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi and Murali Sharma.
