After Abhishek, it's Ranbir for Mani

The success of Wake Up Sid and Azab Premki Kajab Kahani has made Ranbir Kapoor a hot property in Bollywood.
The young actor, son of the acclaimed Rishi Kapoor (Kapoor Kandhan) is sought-after by many producers and directors.
So much so is his craze that famed filmmaker Mani Ratnam has expressed desire to work with him.
Mani, who is currently busy with Raavana, is planning his next film tentatively titled Azan, which is supposedly a pro-Muslim film. Sources say he wants to cast Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role.
Mani is in the process of penning the script. Once Ravana starring Abhishek and Aishwarya hits the screens, he would commence rest of the work for his movie.
Ranbir is busy with Rocket Singh now. Hopefully Mani manages to get Ranbir in his movie.
