It has only been less than less than 50 days since children had a spectacular hero in Eega. Though no match in Eega's popularity, the superhero wearing the 'Mask' is waiting in the wings to dole out their kind of entertainment.

The release date of Jiiva's Mask (titled as Mugamoodi in Tamil) has been announced to be Aug 31. Earlier there were doubts whether it would release on the same day as the original because while the Tamil version is produced by UTV, the Telugu version is produced by RB Chowdhary and others.

Pooja Hegde is the heroine. Nasser, Girish Karnard, Naren, Anupam Kher and others are playing important roles. Dialogues are by Sashank Vennelakanti. Music is by K. Cinematography is by Sathya. Editing is by Gougin. Art is by Bala.

Myssikn is the film's director.
