Air Force Flight Missing Near China Border, 13 on Board

An Indian Airforce flight, an Antonov An-32 military transport aircraft has lost contact 35 minutes after taking off from Jorhat in Assam at 12:25 pm. 13 members including 5 passengers and 8 crew members were on board. The Air Force has sent out a search team to locate the missing flight. Sukhoi-30 combat aircraft and C-130 Special Ops aircraft have been sent out. All available resources have been deployed to locate the plane.

The flight was headed to Mechuka Advanced Landing Ground, located in Mechuka Valley in Arunachal Pradesh. This ground is located around 30 km from the China border. The last contact with the flight was at around 1 pm today.
