Superstar Rajinikanth's eldest daughter Aishwaryaa hit the headlines recently after she and her husband pan Indian actor Dhanush announced their split after eighteen years of marriage. The couple have two sons and friends from the film industry and fans are hoping that they bury their differences and reunite.

Aishwaryaa has been staying in Hyderabad for a new project and in a cruel twist of fate has been infected by COVID 19. She shared a pic of herself looking tired in the hospital and wrote emotionally "Tested positive even after all precautions…got admitted ..please mask up get vaccinated and be safe … bring it on 2022! We’ll see what more is that you have in store for me !"

Dhanush is also in Hyderabad for the shooting of his new movie 'Vaathi/Sir' and fans are wondering on social media if he would visit Aishwaryaa at the hospital or extend his best wishes to her for a speedy recovery.
