Ajay and Nana come together for 'Apharan'

Prakash Jha, who last came up with 'Gangaajal', a hard hitting social about lack of law and order situation in the interiors of India, gets together with his hero Ajay Devgan once again in 'Apharan'.
This time too the theme is socio-political with the 'business' of kidnapping and ransom as its theme.
Overall starcast is interesting enough as Nana Patekar is roped in too for a powerful parallel role alongside Devgan.
Bipasha Basu, who is having a fun movie 'No Entry' and a romantic 'Barsaat' lined up sheds her glamorous image in 'Apharan', which is expected this Diwali.
With the number of Diwali releases increasing with very passing week, one wonders if it would be a wise move to release 'Apharan' on the festive occasion of Diwali when people would in fact be looking for more 'feel good' or 'masala' movies during the season?
