Ajay Devgan's sports drama 'Maidaan' has a new release date.

Ajay Devgan's sports drama 'Maidaan' was scheduled for release on 11th of December 2020 but due to the Corona virus outbreak, the film was postponed nine months further to 13th of August. According to the latest developments, the film is now set to release on 15th of October 2021 i.e., the Dussehra weekend.
Ajay will essay the role of football coach Syed Abdul Rahim in 'Maidaan' which will be about the golden era of Indian football. About 40% of the filming is yet to be done and Ajay could not begin the shoot before wrapping up 'Mayday' in January. So the date was moved 2 months further.
