When two powerful forces of different regions come together to share the screen, what do you call it? An epic blockbuster? Agree? Well, according to a recent report, after the Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn is all set to make a grand entry in a Tamil film. Ace filmmaker Shankar has roped him to star in ‘Indian 2’, a sequel to 1996 super-hit Indian starring Kamal Haasan and Manisha Koirala in the lead roles.
Interestingly, Akshay’s also made his Tamil debut with Shankar’s ‘2.0’ starring Rajinikanth. Another common factor between the two debuts are that both Akki and Ajay will be seen essaying negative roles in their respective films.
During an interaction with the media, when Kamal, who is busy with the promotions of ‘Vishwaroopam 2’ was asked if the ‘Singham’ actor was a part of ‘Indian 2’, he replied, “what I have been told. Ultimately, it is the director’s call.”
However, there is no any official announcement yet by the makers of the film and the actor himself, the fans are looking forward to seeing the two amazing forces sharing the screen space.
