Thala Ajith and Shalini are one of the most loved couples of Kollywood, and their love story began after they shared screen space in Saran's blockbuster movie Amarkalam. While there are many cute incidents in their love story, now ah interesting code word used by the couple during their secret love has been revealed.

Malayalam actor Kunchacko Boban has revealed that Ajith used to talk to Shalini when she was acting in Malayalam movies, and he used to call to Kunchacko's mobile to avoid suspicion. When Shalini and Kunchacko were shooting for the movie Niram Shalini had kept her relationship with Ajith a secret and Kunchako knew their love. Ajith didn't visited the sets or talk directly to Shalini at the shooting spot to avoid getting noticed by Shalini's parents.

Since mobile phones weren't popular then, Kunchacko was the one who carried an Ericson mobile to the shooting spot and Ajith and Shalini used his phone to talk to each other during breaks. Whenever Ajith called his mobile, to hide from Shalini’s parents, Kunchacko used to say "Sona, AK-47 Calling" as Sona was the character name of Shalini in Niram and using the code word Shalini and Ajith had secret conversations.

However after some time, the movie’s director Kamal got suspicious about the code word AK-47 code and Kunchacko revealed the secret to Kamal. The next day, durin shoot break, Kamal asked Shalini on why AK-47 didn’t call her that day, and Shalini was left blushing. Kunchacko has revealed this cute moment in Ajith - Shalini love story in a recent interview.
