With Ajith’s much-awaited film ‘Good Bad Ugly’ gearing up for release on the 10th, the trailer—released last night—has taken the internet by storm. Packed with punchy dialogues, nostalgic callbacks, and fan-favorite elements, the trailer promises a full-blown entertainer tailored for Ajith fans.
Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, a self-proclaimed fan of Ajith, the trailer reflects a “fanboy” filmmaking style. Much like his remix of “Panju Mittai SelaKatti” in ‘Mark Antony’, Adhik has brought back the classic “Oththa Rupa Thaarein” from ‘Naattupura Pattu’, reimagined with a mass twist.
Arjun Das makes a striking impression with the line, “AK sir, I heard you’re the villain, but I’m the villain here,” to which Ajith responds with a confident laugh—setting the tone for a fiery hero-villain dynamic.
Dialogues like “10 kilo curry kodunga bhai,” “Irunga bhai,” and “Card mela 11 number sollu” cater to a younger audience, blending pop culture lingo with mass appeal.
Trisha’s line, “This is the one who pushed my father out of the car,” directly echoes a key moment from ‘Mankatha’, stirring up nostalgia. Adding to the throwback vibe, Ajith delivers the iconic dialogue from ‘Deena’:
“There will be hands, feet, nose, mouth… but no life.”
And just when fans thought the trailer had shown it all, Simran makes a surprise appearance at the end, saying, “It hasn’t been a long time… I miss you.” Her unexpected cameo has created a fresh wave of excitement online.
With a mix of mass moments, vintage callbacks, and star power, ‘Good Bad Ugly’ looks poised to be a fan-centric spectacle.
