A 39-year-old Ajith movie heroine amazes the netizens with her intense workout! - Viral videos

Veteran south Indian actress, who played the lead role in Ajith Kumar's movie, has posted a video of herself doing another level of work out on her Instagram and the video is currently going viral.

Kaniha is a heroine who predominantly appeared in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada movies. She made her debut in the 2002 Tamil film Five Star. Kaniha paired with the superstar actor Ajith Kumar in the 2006 film Varalaru, written and directed by KS Ravikumar.

The beautiful actress reduced acting films after she got married in 2008. However, she is an active person on social media. Kaniha has more than 7 lakh followers on Instagram and her posts often go viral from time to time.

On New Year's day, Kaniha has posted a video of herself working out on her Instagram page. The fans are amazed to see the 39-year-old heroine taking up some challenging work-outs at this age and wishing her. Besides acting, Kaniha has ventured into other fields: working as a dubbing artist, playback singer and TV host.
