Actress Kiran Rathod had made her debut in Tamil in Gemini directed by Saran, where she was paired with Chiyaan Vikram. She went on to act with top heroes of the industry such as Kamal Haasan in Anbe Sivam, Thala Ajith in Villain, Vijayakanth in Thennavan and many more.

She had also appeared in special songs in movies like Thalapathy Vijay's Thirumalai and Vishal's Thimiru. Having acted in many movies in Telugu and Hindi as well, Kiran was last seen in Sundar C's Aambala and Muthina Kathirika in supporting roles.
