Vijay's heroine for Thala Ajith's Valimai?

Thala Ajith who was last seen on screen in Ner Konda Paarvai, the official Tamil remake of Hindi hit Pink, directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor's Bayview Productions LLP will be seen next in Valimai.
Valimai is Ajith's second successive movie with director Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor, and this movie will also have music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematography by Nirav Shah. The movie was announced to begin shooting today.
While there were reports that Bollywood actress Yami Gautam who has acted in Gauravam might play the female lead, the latest speculation making rounds is that Ileana D'Cruz, who had acted as Vijay's pair in Nanban might play the second female lead, and an official announcement is expected soon.
