Ajith's debut film director's wife passed away

Director Selva lost his wife on Sunday morning due to a massive heart attack and her last rites were conducted in the evening.

Selva introduced Ajith Kumar to Tamil films in Amaravathi' which became a great launch pad for the actor to reach the heights he is in today. He has also given a string of hits on Television like Neela Maala' and on the big screen Thalaivaasal', Karnaa', Pooveli', James Pandu', Unnarugey Naan Irundhaal' and Naan Avanillai' among others. We extend our deepest condolences to Selva and his family for the irreplaceable loss.
