One of the most awaited films of the year is the as yet untitled Thala 56` directed by Siruthai Siva and starring Ajith, Shruti Haasan, Lakshmi Menon, Soori, Ashwin Kakkamanu, Kabir Singh and Rahu Dev. Music is by Anirudh who is said to have come up with a rocking album and the film is presented by A.M Ratnam.

The latest updates on Thala 56` is that all areas in Tamil Nadu and overseas theatrical rights sold and the title of the film(rumored as Adangaadhavan), first look, audio release and trailer release dates are likely to be announced in a press meet soon (possibly September 17 Vinayaka Chathurthi day). It is going to be a Thala Diwali for all Ajith fans this year as the film`s release is confirmed for the festival of lights.
