While fans are eagerly awaiting the worldwide release of Nerkonda Paarvai on August 8, news regarding Ajith's upcoming action thriller with NKP's director, H. Vinoth, the untitled Thala 60, has surfaced.

Nerkonda Paarvai's producer, Boney Kapoor, during his recent interaction with fans, announced that Thala 60 will be launched on August 29 with a pooja. Sources close to us have revealed that Arun Vijay, who previously played a key role in Ajith's 2015 action thriller Yennai Arindhaa, has been roped in to play the antagonist in Thala 60. An official announcement of the same is, however, awaited.

The rest of the cast and crew is yet to be finalized. Music composer Ghibran will be composing music for Thala 60, according to a report.
