This 'AK 56' is a fitting tribute to the 25th film of director N Om Prakash Rao indeed. Terrific action at pre interval running to 15 minutes is mind blowing. A few other action compositions of Palaniraj are top class for the action lovers. On the content front director Rao has a good study to put forth. He should have been still high class in the climax and made the lawmakers to open their eyes and ears properly.

The situation of the protagonist Ajay in 'AK 56' has come to many people of this country. The most difficult is when an innocent is given the terrorist image. Where the law makers are heading for is the question creeps inside the viewers of this film. Ajay (Dr Siddanth) just for handing over the consignment and keys of a motor car to a person is tagged for having connections to a terrorist gang. The previous history of Ajay is not taken care by the cops is so disgusting.

Sentenced to Hindalga Jail in Belgaum the days of Ajay is sickening. His mother takes it up as a challenge to get him out. She sends four youths to escape Ajay from the tough bars of Hindalga. Ajay and one of the four brought to hospital escape from here for the good of the country. Ajay and his gang avert the blast of KRS dam from the hands of terrorist gang.

In the court hall Ajay asks why innocents are treated so poorly by the law. I have lost eight months, my job, my father and my status in the society - can the law enforcing authorities give this back? Instead of doing so give speedy justice for innocents Ajay advise the Judge in the court hall.

Dr Siddanth in a very tough role put lot of hard work. In action Dr Siddanth has showed his guts. In romantic moods with Shirin he has lived up to the expectations. This is very interesting role for Shirin in glamour and also in emoting in the family environs. Shirin is a treat for masses when she often takes up running.

Atul Kulkarni, Suchindra Prasad, Sumalatha Ambarish are very good in their roles. Music director Abhiman Roy steals the show with choreographer in two songs. MS Ramesh in dialogues has given well measured lines.

The toughest work in this film is done by cameraman S Manohar. The two vehicles head on colliding on top of a Tempo Traveler vehicle is the best of all action portions.

You cannot miss this if you are action lovers. Rao creates another rage.
