The first look of the movie "Akkenam," starring Arun Pandian and Keerthi Pandian, has been released. The film's shooting is complete, and post-production work is in full swing. The movie team revealed the first look, with actors Vijay Sethupathi, Ashok Selvan, Aishwarya Rajesh, director Gokul, and actress Ramya Pandian sharing it on social media.

Directed by Udhay K, "Akkenam" features Arun Pandian, Keerthi Pandian, Praveen Raja, Adithya Shivpink, Ramesh Thilak, G.M. Sundar, Adithya Menon, and Seetha. Vignesh Govindarajan handled cinematography, Barath Veeraraghavan composed the music, and Devathyan worked as the editor. Notably, all the technical crew members debut with this film.

The movie is produced by Arun Pandian under A&P Groups. According to director Udhay K, the screenplay is designed to be engaging and thrilling. Shooting took place in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, and key locations in North India. The background score was recorded in renowned European music halls to ensure an international standard. Also, a dance sequence in the movie features national award-winning Odissi dancer Gangadhar Nayak and a group of North Indian classical dancers.
