Team ‘Gabbar’ recently wrapped up the film’s shooting recently. Posting a pic from the sets, lead hero Akshay Kumar appreciated his co-star Shruti Haasa. He also wrote, "Last day of shoot for Gabbar in Pune :) Well done Shruti..!"

On the other hand the Khiladi seemed to be relieved to complete the project; for he said that he is eagerly waiting to get back to his home and family. He wrote: "Sooo looking forward to going home to my family for fun & games."

‘Gabbar’, produced by Shabina Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, marks the directorial debut of south filmmaker Krish and the film is the remake of AR Murugadoss’s Tamil hit ‘Ramana’.
