Akshay Kumar & Parineeti paired up for 'Thuppaki' remake

Finally the ÂIshqzaade bubbly beauty will get to share screen with the B-townÂs handsome Khiladi star. And at last the guessing game of who will be leading lady in ÂThuppaki remake has come to an end.
After days of speculations over the heroine, filmmaker AR Murugadoss has finalised Parineeti Chopra opposite Akshay Kumar in the Hindi version of the south hit ÂThuppakiÂ.Katrina Kaif, Deepika Padukone and even Kajal Aggarwal who did the Tamil original was rumoured to have been considered to play the female lead in the remake.
Besides, ÂCocktail famed Diana Penty was said to be initial choice of the maker but since Akshay had some issue with the agency which handles DianaÂs work, the Khiladi rejected the actressÂs association.
These days Akki has been paired up mostly with young actresses namely Sonakshi, Asin and Anushka Sharma; so now Parineeti gets added to that list as well.
Well going by this jodi, we are sure Parineeti will be feeling like being on cloud nine, to share the screen space with the Action King.
