Akshay Kumar's long awaited cop drama 'Sooryavanshi' finally released on 5th of November and it has been garnering tremendous response from the audience. Since this is the first mainstream film releasing after the pandemic, success of 'Sooryavanshi' signifies the success of entire film industry. This is the reason why Akshay is quite elated with the response his film is receiving and he took to Instagram to thank his fans in a rather quirky way.

He shared a short clip of himself dancing playfully to a song of his film and wrote, "Pardon the goofy gig am overjoyed! Thank you SO much for embracing cinemas back in your lives. The super response is not just for Team #Sooryavanshi, it is a mark of faith that’ll bring joy and prosperity back in our film industry. We are nothing without you. Sheer gratitude."

'Sooryavanshi' is the fourth installment in Rohit Shetty's cop universe which started with Ajay Devgan's 'Singham' and was expanded with Ranveer Singh's 'Simmba'.
