Akshay Kumars Bell Bottom will release on this date

Akshay Kumar's 'Bell Bottom' is one of the many films which is complete with post production and ready release but can't seem to find suitable conditions. Makers have announced the theatrical release date for the project yet again. It's going to hit the screens on 19 August 2021. Akshay Kumar took to his instagram to share a brief promo and wrote, "Mission: To Entertain you on the BIG SCREEN Date: August 19, 2021 Announcing the arrival of #BellBottom! #BellBottomInCinemasAug19.”

The film was previously set to release on 27 July. This was a bold statement by makers which they obviously couldn't keep due to the surging cases of Covid-19. Post that, it was being specualated that 'Bell Bottom' might release on the ocassion of Independence Day since the subject matter seems to be of patriotic nature.

'Bell Bottom' is a espionage thriller set in the 80s and might have some action elements to it as well. Apart from this, Akshay will also appear in films like 'Atrangi Re', 'Sooryavanshi', 'Bachchan Pandey' and 'Prithviraj' to name a few.
