AL Vijay and Kangana Ranaut start shooting!

Director AL Vijay had last directed the Prabhu Deva and Tamannaah starrer horror comedy Devi 2 which was released this summer and the director had took a break after back to back releases this year.

Now he has started his next movie Thalaivi which is the biopic of former Tamil Nadu chief minister and actress Jayalalithaa and this movie is produced by Vibri media and Karma productions.

Thalaivi stars Kangana Ranaut as Jayalalithaa and Arvind Swami as MGR and has officially started shooting yesterday. The movie which will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi has music by GV Prakash and cinematography by Vishal Vittal who has replaced Nirav Shah.
