Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Trailer: Adventurous family hero with a cause

There is a bit of a 'Julayi' hangover. The father (Murli Sharma) is a self-aware middle-class man who comes as a package of innocence and goodness, urging his son to be within limits. Though not explicitly, the son (Allu Arjun) is adventurous and has his task cut out. Enter the 'Attarintiki Daredi' deja vu and a bit of business-related contentions, you have the (most likely) subject of 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo'.

The Mega hero makes it all about himself by seamlessly breaking into fights and dance moves. The 'OMG Daddy' visuals look great. Expectations from 'Samajavaragamana' and 'Ramuloo Ramulaa' are high.

If Tabu is rather underplayed, we know for sure that Samuthirakani is a ruthless maniac who clashes with Jayaram's character. Harshavardhan may well be out to do a bit of Raghu Babu from 'AD'.

Where does Pooja Hegde fit into the scheme of things? She is that ultra-beautiful lady who has to be stunned by The Man's guts. Sushanth, Rahul Ramakrishna and others are seen.

With music by Thaman becoming a special attraction, the family entertainer also boasts of Trivikram's dialogues. We hope the humour is awesome and nothing less than that.

A story driving home the theme that real wealth resides in small homes and not in bungalows, this Sankranthi release arrives on January 12.
