The current in thing to do in Kollywood is releasing trailers of a film with the actual release of a mega budget film. Seems like 3 directors are following that trend today.

Karthi's Alex Pandian of Studio Green is releasing today and the news is that it will have three trailers along with it. Directors Mani Ratnam, Pandiraj and Suseenthiran have decided to release their films' trailers with this big release today. These films are Kadal, Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, and Aadhalal Kadhal Seiveer.
