Sandeep Reddy Vanga's "Animal," which debuted on December 1, 2023, amid high expectations, has ignited a global box office frenzy. The film achieved the highest first-day openings for Ranbir Kapoor, trailing only Shah Rukh Khan's "Jawan" in first-day collections.

The film's success is noteworthy given its A certificate, yet it surpassed expectations, outperforming both "Jawan" and Ranbir Kapoor's previous film, "Brahmastra." Audiences are effusive in their praise for Ranbir Kapoor's captivating performance, as well as the intense roles played by Bobby Deol and the directorial prowess of Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Amid this acclaim, Alia Bhatt took to Instagram to shower accolades on her husband Ranbir Kapoor, co-stars Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol, and director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. She expressed her awe at the film's beats, describing them as shocking, surprising, unreal, and fully loaded. Alia commended Rashmika Mandanna for her beautiful and honest portrayal and joined the #crushmika club. Bobby Deol was lauded as Alia's favorite, described as magical every time he graces the screen, and Anil Kapoor was acknowledged for his consistent and inspiring performances.

Alia extended her congratulations to the entire cast, singling out Tripti Dimri and Shakti Kapoor for their phenomenal contributions. She emphasized that their performances breathe life into the cinematic world, concluding with a nod to hitting it "out of the park and right into the animal park."

In a separate post dedicated to Ranbir Kapoor, Alia expressed admiration for his dedication both on and off camera, acknowledging his patience, silence, and love for his craft. She commended him for making significant strides as an artist and even shared a personal milestone, noting that he played a role in their daughter taking her first steps. Alia concluded by congratulating her "not so little animal" for effortlessly excelling in all aspects of his life.
