Alia Bhatt's Elegant First Look As Roop In 'Kalank' Out!

As promised by the producer of the much-awaited periodical drama ‘Kalank’, Karan Johar released the first look of one of the female lead characters today on account of International Women’s Day. And the amazingly talented Alia Bhatt looked breathtaking as Roop and has grabbed all the attention with her bridal-look and a mix of innocence. Adding to her elegance is the stunning costume that hints KJo’s grandeur dream project.
Sharing her look from the film, Kjo described her as “To love her is to love fire. Presenting Roop!”. While Sonakshi wrote, “Free, bound only by love! This is Roop!”, Madhuri wrote, “She’s full of life and has a heart of gold. Meet Roop!” Looking at her first look, we really can’t wait to catch hold of Madhuri and Sonakshi’s first looks! ‘Kalank’ has been set up against the 1940s backdrop and will have Varun Dhawan as Zafar, Aditya Roy Kapur as Dev Chaudhry and Sanjay Dutt as Balraj Chaudhry apart from the female leads. The film is slated to hit the screens in April 2019.
