All entrance exams postponed indefinitely

The KCR government has postponed all the entrance examinations to various courses in Telangana.  They were scheduled to commence from July 1 and now stand indefinitely postponed.  

The deferment comes in light of a proposal to resort to complete lockdown in Hyderabad in the wake of a surge in Covid-19 cases.  

Here is the list of postponed exams:

Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Entrance Test (EAMCET)
POLYCET (Polytechnic courses' entrance exam)
ICET for MBA and MCA courses
ECET for entry for polytechnic students into Engineering courses
PGCET 
PECET 
LAWCET 
EDCET

The government has informed the High Court of Telangana regarding the postponement.
