Allu Arjun saddened by fan's death

Stylish Star Allu Arjun was recently in Vizag to call on one Sai Deva Ganesh (17), a bone cancer patient. The Anakapalle resident had always wanted to meet Bunny. When the 'Naa Peru Surya' actor came to know about Ganesh's wish, he immediately rushed to the village. It was a moment of joy for the fan to see Bunny.
Days later, the actor had to hear the sad news of Ganesh's demise on Sunday. A heartbroken Bunny took to Instagram to condole his fan's death. RIP Sai Ganesh. Heartbroken when I heard the news now. Condolences to the family near and dear ones, the star wrote.
