Samantha Akkineni is on cloud nine.  It's because, in a space of fewer than 45 days, the actress has scored three hits, one of them in Tamil.

'Irumbu Thirai', starring Vishal, casts her in the role of a doctor.  Its Tamil version is out today.  To be dubbed into Telugu as 'Abhimanyudu', it will be out in June, probably.  As for 'Mahanati', it was released in Telugu on Wednesday.  As of the end of Thursday, in the US, its reported gross is $149,625 from 151 locations.  The total gross is $669,020.
