Amala Paul apart from being a busy actress in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam is also an adventurous young girl who loves trekking in the Himalayas and also following a strict excercise regime. The latest video of Amala doing the difficult Sheersashana yoga pose has gone viral and she has stated that it was very difficult for her to achieve the pose but with determination and the help of her teachers she was able to do it.
Amala Paul's next Tamil release is 'Bhaskar Oru Rascal' in which she has a meaty role opposite Arvind Swamy that hits the screens on May 11th. She is also playing the lead heroine in 'Ratchasan' and 'Adho Antha Paravai Pola' which are under production.
