At the promotional event of 'Gang' the Telugu version of 'Thaana Serndha Koottam' , Suriya broke the big news that his 37th film will be directed by K.V. Anand  with whom he is reuniting after 'Ayan' and 'Maatraan'.

The latest buzz is that K.V. Anand is keen to get Amitabh Bachan on board for a pivotal role and talks are said to be on.  Though it is too early to get any official confirmation, the factor that lends credence to the news ist that  Anand has a pattern in the past of casting yesteryear heroes in all his films like Prabhu in 'Ayan', Karthick in 'Anegan' and T.Rajendhar in 'Kavan'.
