Actress Amyra Dastur is familiar to Tamil audiences for her role in the film Anegan` directed by K.V. Anand which had Dhanush in the lead role.
It is now official that the cute actress is acting in a multilingual (English, Hindi and Mandarin) movie Kung Fu Yoga` directed by Stanley Tong with Asian superstar Jackie Chan in the lead role. Indian actor Sonu Sood and the 'Nanban' fame Ileana D Cruz are also playing an important role in this film.
Amyra performs an action-packed role in this Indo-Chinese collaboration film and she has trained in the martial art of Kung Fu from a professional Kung Fu master for four days to perform the stunt sequence in the film. She underwent rigorous practice session for 8 hours in the first day and 4 hours in the next three days. Amyra sports brown hair for her character in the film.
